Student Email

SWGTC student email accounts are available for all students. Students are required to use this email account when communicating with instructors and classmates in your courses.

Login Instructions

To access your student e-mail visit http://mail.google.com/a/stu.southwestgatech.edu and use the following login information:

  • Username: your first initial, last name, last 4 digits of your student id number

  • Password: password123 (You will be prompted to change this password the first time you login.)

*If you do not have your student id number it can be found on your schedule, by logging into Bannerweb or by contacting the Registrar's Office at 229-225-4087.

Your new email address is:

Your first initial, last name, and the last 4 digits of your student id number @stu.southwestgatech.edu

(example: jdoe0417@stu.southwestgatech.edu)
