Job Placement

Southwest Georgia Technical College has a full-time Career Services Director who is dedicated to helping students, recent graduates, and alumni find employment in their chosen fields.  Services provided include:

• Referrals to currently available full and part-time jobs
• Resumé writing assistance
• Interview skills & job search strategies training
• Use of Career Center computer and Internet resources
• Recruitment of appropriate candidates for employers

SWGTC is proud of its 99.05% total placement and 91.60% in-field placement rates for Fiscal Year 2006.  Please call to make an appointment with Dr. Jeanine Long if you need a job or a well-trained, qualified employee.
There is no charge for any of the services provided.  Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome as time permits.
